During our new year stay, we were impressed by the amenities offered at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area and provided stunning mountain views. We also appreciated the variety of activities available on-site.
Our experience was soured by the misinformation provided by the hotel regarding meals. Despite paying for a bed and breakfast package, we were told upon check-out that breakfast was not included, resulting in an unexpected expense.

Mi sono trovato molto bene nel mio soggiorno in questo hotel. Si trova in un bellissimo ambiente montano, circondato da splendide viste panoramiche. Le camere erano spaziose e ben arredate, con bagni puliti e completi di tutti i comfort necessari. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile e la colazione offriva un'ampia selezione di deliziosi piatti fatti in casa. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la presenza di un ampio parcheggio gratuito e la comodità di poter esplorare facilmente i dintorni.
Unico piccolo inconveniente era la mancanza di prese vicino al letto, che ha reso difficile caricare il mio cellulare durante la nottata.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff here provided top-notch service, ensuring that all our needs were met. The room service was excellent, with prompt and efficient delivery. We also made use of their dry cleaning and laundry services, which were of the highest quality. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our room. Moreover, the tours and ticket assistance available here made it convenient for us to explore the surrounding area.
We highly recommend this hotel to our friends for their next trip.
